Michelle Bissaya
Michelle BISSAYA is a business communicator with a degree in psychology and educational sciences from the Pontifical Institute Jean Paul II, African section in Cotonou, Benin. She is interested in violence studies since 2013. She completed internships in psychiatry and in treatment
centers for victims of violence. She also produced two documents on violence, the first titled « resilience among girl victims of gender-based violence in Cotonou » and the second « psycho-trauma of the victim of sexual assault in Parakou ». Michelle is attending PhD courses on the topic
« psycho-trauma of people displaced by terrorist threats in Burkina ». She actually works at the University of Parakou. She is a member of the NGO RESILIENCE BIS: Education-training for non-violence and culture of peace.
