Katarzyna Pfeifer-Chomiczewska

I am an assistant professor at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Łódź. In my daily research and teaching work I deal with civil law and family and guardianship law. My research interests have recently focused on the impact of modern technologies on the understanding of classical institutions and on legislation in the above-mentioned areas. I find the issue of the protection of the interests of the child in the age of modern technology particularly interesting. In addition, I am interested in the preventive and remedial actions taken by the legislator in the case of a risk of harming or abusing a child.
