Delphine Thomas-Taillandier

I am a teacher-researcher in private law and criminal sciences at the Faculty of Law of the University of Tours. Specialized in criminal law, I am particularly interested in the responses provided by the French criminal justice system to the perpetrators of child abuse. Nevertheless, concerned about the well-being of children and concerned about the consequences of this abuse on the construction of the children who are victims, I am also attentive to their educational care by the judges of the children to prevent the rejection of their environment as well as to the consequences of this abuse on the risks of entering delinquency. My fields of study would therefore be rather the repression by the criminal justice of child abuse – the reintegration and support of perpetrators of abuse – the educational supervision of child victims of abuse – the prevention of delinquency among young people, victims of child abuse.
